Lunch table as inspiring map

DUS architects asked me to design a table that would invite people to play and develop new ideas together. This resulted in a table which is also a model of the neighborhood. The scale of the maquette transformes the food on the table into new possible interventions, like a wine glass into a tree and a banana into a boat, encouraging guests to come up with new ideas for the area.
